Marketing Coordinator   

 
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This role will support the marketing team in planning and executing events, managing digital campaigns, and ensuring smooth logistics for both in-person and virtual events. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, experience in event coordination, and a passion for creating memorable experiences that drive engagement. 

 


What You Will Be Doing:
 

Events 
 

  • Evaluate opportunities for sponsorship, speaking engagements, webinars and PR 

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute various marketing events, including trade shows, conferences, product launches, and webinars 

  • Manage event budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful execution 

  • Coordinate with vendors, sponsors, and internal teams to handle all aspects of event planning and execution 

  • Oversee event logistics, including staff coordination, to ensure flawless execution 

  • Track and analyze event metrics and provide recommendations for future improvements 

Digital Marketing 

  • Assist in developing and implementing digital marketing campaigns across various platforms (social media, email, website, etc.) 

  • Assist in maintaining the company's CRM database, marketing automation tools, social media, and website 

  • Manage and optimize email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation and performance tracking 

  • Make use of AI tools to support research, content creation, campaigns, and workflow automation 

General Marketing Support 

  • Contribute to brainstorming sessions and provide creative input for marketing initiatives 

  • Assist with market research and competitor analysis as needed 

  • Other tasks as assigned 



 

What You Will Need:

Education: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, related field of study or equivalent work experience 

Experience: 

  • 1-2 years in a marketing role in the B2B technology space, particularly marketing to large enterprise customers 

  • Proven track record of successfully planning and executing marketing events 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace 

  • Experience with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and social media management platforms preferred
