We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This role will support the marketing team in planning and executing events, managing digital campaigns, and ensuring smooth logistics for both in-person and virtual events. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, experience in event coordination, and a passion for creating memorable experiences that drive engagement.
What You Will Be Doing:
Events
Evaluate opportunities for sponsorship, speaking engagements, webinars and PR
Plan, coordinate, and execute various marketing events, including trade shows, conferences, product launches, and webinars
Manage event budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful execution
Coordinate with vendors, sponsors, and internal teams to handle all aspects of event planning and execution
Oversee event logistics, including staff coordination, to ensure flawless execution
Track and analyze event metrics and provide recommendations for future improvements
Digital Marketing
Assist in developing and implementing digital marketing campaigns across various platforms (social media, email, website, etc.)
Assist in maintaining the company's CRM database, marketing automation tools, social media, and website
Manage and optimize email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation and performance tracking
Make use of AI tools to support research, content creation, campaigns, and workflow automation
General Marketing Support
Contribute to brainstorming sessions and provide creative input for marketing initiatives
Assist with market research and competitor analysis as needed
Other tasks as assigned
What You Will Need:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, related field of study or equivalent work experience
Experience:
1-2 years in a marketing role in the B2B technology space, particularly marketing to large enterprise customers
Proven track record of successfully planning and executing marketing events
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
Experience with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and social media management platforms preferred
