Strategy & Insights Intern
Strategy and Insights Intern
The Strategy and Insights Intern will support the internal operations and knowledge development of our Behavioural Science team. This role is ideal for an upper-year student with a curious, analytical mind and an interest in applied social science. You'll gain hands-on exposure to behavioural economics, strategic frameworks, and real-world data, and you'll play a meaningful role in using AI tools to streamline and automate processes that keep the team running efficiently.
There is potential for this internship to convert into a full-time opportunity based on performance and business needs at the time.
What You'll Be Doing:
Using AI tools to automate and document recurring or manual processes, so that workflows remain efficient and scalable beyond the internship.
Assisting in the creation and maintenance of standardized templates, documentation, and frameworks to support consistent delivery across the team.
Analyzing performance data and contributing to root cause analyses to help optimize engagement treatments.
Contributing to IP development by helping document interventions and organize cross-client learnings for reuse.
Collaborating with cross-functional team members to support the feasibility and delivery of engagement solutions.
Communicating findings and recommendations clearly to internal stakeholders, including non-expert audiences.
What You Will Need:
Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program (upper-year preferred) in a relevant field such as psychology, sociology, behavioral economics, business, or data science.
An interest in social science and human behaviors is required; a formal background in behavioral science is not.
Demonstrated ability to learn and apply new concepts quickly, particularly in an applied or business context.
Proficiency with AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, or similar) and comfort using them to automate tasks, generate documentation, or streamline manual workflows.
Analytical mindset with experience working with data, whether through coursework, research, or previous work experience.
Strong written communication skills and the ability to present ideas clearly.
Previous internship, co-op, or research experience is an asset, particularly in a client-facing or business environment.
