Client Engagement and Strategy:
- Serve as the primary contact for enterprise clients, building trust and driving business value.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to align solutions with client goals.
- Collaborate with Sales to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
- Provide insights on best practices, implementation plan, and product adoption.
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve issues and ensure client success.
- Lead technical conversations when needed by synthesizing business & functional requirements between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Analyze performance metrics, generate reports, and present strategic recommendations.
- Lead client projects, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder alignment.
- Facilitate workstreams beyond administrative tasks —drive alignment, prioritize effectively, and escalate when necessary.
- Drive alignment of cross-functional teams to deliver seamless client experiences.
- Proactively identify risks and address challenges before they impact outcomes.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, Commerce or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- PMP certification or (5+ years) extensive project management experience.
- 10+ years in consulting, enterprise account management, or client-facing technology-driven roles.
- Proven ability to analyze data and present insights to senior stakeholders.
- Multilingual skills are an asset, such as French, Portuguese, and/or Spanish.
- Experience in Enterprise SaaS or delivering complex technical programs.

- Business Acumen: Understand client operations, financial drivers, and key success metrics. Identify growth opportunities and work with Sales to align value-based strategies.
- Project Management: Manages multiple projects and priorities simultaneously, ensuring timely execution, stakeholder alignment, and risk mitigation while balancing competing client needs. Applies technical project management expertise to navigate system dependencies.
- Product Knowledge: Strong technical understanding of a managed service platform, including foundational knowledge of coding and engineering concepts. Ability to quickly develop deep expertise in Symend’s platform, bridging technical and business discussions to drive client adoption and value realization.
